Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho must replace suspended captain John Terry for the final Group A game against Levski Sofia at Stamford Bridge tomorrow.

As we know, the Blue team needs to win to ensure they finish top of the group but Mourinho revealed that England left-back Ashley Cole will be on the substitutes’ bench and France midfielder Claude Makelele will be rested.

It's important to mention that Wayne Bridge, who played against Sofia in the away leg, will deputise for Cole while Khalid Boulahrouz is expected to partner Ricardo Carvalho in the centre of defence.
